Camdec Property Solutions specialise in planned and preventative property maintenance and health and safety compliance working along side both landlords and occupiers of commercial property throughout the north of England.
Camdec has successfully partnered with numerous private property owners and fund managers. Our client's needs are incorporated into a detailed scope of services and then this combined with our top down perspective and flexible approach.
The company is managed by a Commercial Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), with experience of managing the development and refurbishment of multi million pound projects. This experience and expertise enable Camdec to work within timescales and budget levels for all types of work.
Our mechanical and electrical (M&E) experience enables us to recommend cost effective Green improvements that will improve the buildings energy efficiency. This understanding of sustainability is an important consideration with potential occupiers becoming more aware of how their occupancy and use of a building impacts on the environment and their operating costs.
